This is a Meet & Greet service operated by MBW.You will be met at your departure terminal.

Your car will be parked for you for the duration of your trip.

In order to book this service you willbe required to provide the followinginformation - Outbound & Inbound Flight numbers, Airport Terminals, Car Details and a Contact Telephone numberpreferably a mobile telephone number).Should you require collection or delivery between midnight & 0500 a surcharge of£25 will be payable direct to MBW.IMPORTANT: Please call MBW on 0208 759 5252 when you are 30 minutes away. If you are late you will need to re-schedule. Should you require collection or delivery between midnight & 0500 a surcharge of £25 will be payable direct to MBW.

MBW drivers will be dressed in MBW uniforms (Grey jackets).

You must call MBW on 0208 759 5252 or 07931 357802 when you have your luggage & they will deliver your car back to you.

Terminal 1: Follow signs to T1, go up departure ramp, keep in left lane, this drops down to lower departure level, pull up on the left hand side to be met. Terminal 3:Follow signs to T3 departures, as you approach terminal keep to theright, pull over on the right, the terminal will be on your left. Terminal 4: Follow signs to terminal 4departures, go up the ramp and this will bring you to the car set down area.Terminal 5: Follow signs to T5departures, keep in right lane of departure ramp. Follow signs to short term car park. Follow signs to fast track entrance(left hand side).Go to barrier and take ticket ,follow road to the end for rows R & S where a MBW employeee willmeet you. RETURN: Call MBW when you have luggage & they will deliver car to you. PLEASE NOTE: MBW will NOT deliver cars unless they are called & will only pay for a max of 15 mins parking in the short term carpark.
